I love this phrase “All or None”. I came across this phrase while studying the mechanism of nerve conduction. Our neuron will fire only after the application of a certain stimulus above the threshold value. Stimulus potential below the threshold value will never produce excitation in the nerve, no matter how many. And above the threshold, all the potentials will produce same excitation irrespective of which potential was greater. Meaning by, either the neuron will fire fully or not fire at all. All or none!

This “all or none” also happens to be one of my strategies of success. This means if you are working at something, work fully, devote everything to it, never leave a single stone unturned. If not, don’t work at all. Leave it completely. Either 100% or 0%. No 60 or 70 percents. All or None.
