Ok I get it. You’re troubled by your past. Ok, your past really left some bad scars on you.
I’ve told you earlier that it really doesn’t matter. I told you to think about what you are in your deep sleep. Does past really exist? Are you troubled in your deep sleep?
Today, I’ll give you another exercise. Talk about your past. Talk it over and over and over. Write about it. Doesn’t need to be with an audience. Just keep talking about it to yourself or write an email to yourself describing all your bad past memories and events. Then you’ll realize that they’re just words. They don’t exist except for those words. You’ve already forgotten several details of it. Another person has probably remembered a different version. It’s just a story. With different interpretations.
